Chef AJ on effortless weight loss, reversing obesity and healing colon polyps with a plant-based diet

Abbie Jaye aka “Chef AJ” is a chef, culinary instructor, best-selling author, and professional speaker who has followed a plant-exclusive diet for over 47 years.

In 2003 Chef AJ was an obese “junk-food vegan” with pre-cancerous colon polyps, which required surgical removal.

She discovered the healing power of food and converted to a whole-food plant-based diet and six months later her polyps were gone. And she lost her excess body fat and got down to a healthy body weight.

Chef AJ is the author of three best-selling books, The Secrets to Ultimate Weight Loss, Own Your Health, and Unprocessed. She is the creator of the Ultimate Weight Loss Program, and she hosts the Chef AJ LIVE! show on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter daily.

Her new book of dessert recipes Chef AJ’s Sweet Indulgence: Guilt-Free Treats Sweetened Naturally with Fruit comes out in August 2024 and is available for pre-order now.

Chef AJ is a dear friend and in this fun and informative interview, she debunks weight loss myths and explains how you can “lose weight with a full plate” by adopting a whole food plant-based diet. You will love her. Enjoy!
