Chris Beat Cancer Top 5 posts of 2012

The photo above was taken of me at a Christmas party.
I’m wearing a Fingerstache, a must-have for your next get together.
I was channeling Snidely Whiplash.

Well it’s New Years Day and I’m sitting on the couch in my jammies drinking my morning concoction (16 oz of ozonated water with 4 grams of vitamin c and green tea extract)
and reflecting on what a terrific year 2012 was.

Nine years ago today I was in the hospital recovering from colon cancer surgery.
And the year that followed (2004) was the toughest year of my life physically and emotionally. That was when I radically changed my diet and lifestyle and took my health into my own hands. It was exciting and terrifying. I am so thankful that God answered my prayers and led me in the path of healing.

Difficult trials are part of life… And sometimes our problems aren’t solved right away.

God took the Israelites of out slavery in Egypt and into the promised land.
But they had to go through the wilderness to get there.

And they were in the wilderness for 40 years!

Because of their stubbornness God let them wander around in the desert until they stopped grumbling and complaining and learned to trust Him fully.

Just like the Israelites, sometimes we have to go through the wilderness to get to the promised land in life. If you feel like you are in a “wilderness” in your life right now, don’t be discouraged, persevere and trust God to carry you through it. He will.

The difficult years give you perspective and gratitude for the easy ones. And for me 2012 was a really good year in every way. I have so much to be that I am thankful for. My health, my family and friends, financial provision… it’s a really long list!

Thankfulness and gratitude really are the keys to contentment and happiness.

Ok before I rabbit trail too far let me get on the the main topic…

My stats for 2012

I published 42 blog posts in 2012, I tried to average about 1 per week and ended up a little short, but that’s ok. It was more of a target than a goal. I’m just glad I found enough time to do what I did. Having said that, I’m really going to try to ramp it up in 2013, hopefully I can double or even triple 2012’s number.

This was a shocker to me this morning…

The site had over half a million hits, from 139,653 individual people, in 2012.
That’s three times as many as 2011!  Wow.

There’s no way I could have touched 139,653 people in 2012 without YOU, my faithful readers, so thank you for helping spread the word by liking and sharing my posts on social media and for telling your friends about me.

And thank you SO MUCH to everyone who donated to support the site in 2012.
You know who you are. Just go look at yourself in the mirror and give yourself a wink and a smile on my behalf, because you are awesome.

I’ve met so many amazing, brilliant, inspirational people in the last year and I’m super excited about 2013.

I have piled up so much incredible information to share I can hardly stand it!

And I have some exciting announcements coming later this month so stay tuned for them…

Ok so here are my five most popular posts for 2012:

These are solely based on traffic, i.e. the number of times they were viewed. Facebook “likes” don’t count because many people will “like” a post on facebook just based on the headline without actually clicking through to read it. Also the posts from earlier in the year have an advantage over those posted later in the year, but trying to devise some sort of algorithmic rating system to equalize them all has zero appeal to me. So I added a couple honorable mentions.

1) Lindsey Cures Colon Cancer with Cannabis Oil in 48 days

I think a lot of people were surprised to hear about the medicinal benefits of cannabis which have nothing to do with smoking it. Also I think a lot of pot smokers probably “passed” this one too.

2) My High Fat Diet and Why I Don’t Take Fish Oil

Good fat doesn’t make you fat, it makes you healthy, which is why the Paleo, Primal, and Ketogenic Diets have gotten so much attention this year.

3) Curing Disease with a 9 volt Battery: The Bob Beck Protocol

I’m really glad this post got so much traction. Blood electrification is one of the most incredible discoveries in the last century. If you haven’t read this post, read it.
If you’ve read it already, read it again!

4) Grandfather 78, Beats Incurable Colon Cancer By Changing His Diet

I love natural survivor stories! And the title says it all.

5) The Best Exercise for Your Immune System: Rebounding

Certainly not as sexy as yoga, pilates, or crossfit, but it is incredible for you!

Honorable mentions

This one’s only a week old and has already had huge traffic. Must be the celebrity thing.

What do you use to ozonated your water. I know you use a distiller. Are you adding oxygen drops or using another process. Thanks

    1. Chris Wark

Hi Shelley I use a Sota water ozonator.

      1. Heidi

Hi Chris. Do you use the ozonator along with the Berkey water filter? Do they accomplish different things?

        1. Chris Wark

Yes the Berkey purifies your water. Ozonating adds O3 and raises blood oxygen, which is a detoxifier of the body.

    Amen Chris!

Hi Chris,I am getting so much encouragement from your blog,I have breast cancer and have just started on my natural journey.two weeks in,it has been a bumpy ride especially the RAW (ironically) emotions that have purged out of me,in fact my husband said in all the 16 years married to him I haven’t cried as much as I have cried this week, yet here I am Happy and positive. would love to know if you know anything about saw polento for reducing oestrogen? Anyway huge thanks for telling your storie!

I feel hormones are a real slippery slope and should only be treated with testing and someone that knows them well AND your personal case.

I have heard of saw palmetto helping with hairiness in women with pcos only. And that is anecdotal. I have read that it “might” be helpful for prostate cancer. I would tread carefully, here.

If I might suggest the Iodine site breast cancer choices dot org? Take care and Good Health to you.

      Hi Antionette,
I have breast cancer too and if you want to join me in my health journey, let me know. It is helpful sometimes to go alongside someone who has the same situation as you.
      Blessings,
      Kitty

Dear Chris, the beginning of your message about hardship and faith came at just the right time for me. Thank you.

    Hi Chris,
So glad you are now cancer free. My husband has just been told that he has kidney cancer, I have been giving his carrot, cabbage and apple juice 3 or 4 times a day. he also takes baking soda a few times a day. No matter what I give him I can’t get his PH up. I want to raise it to 8.0. I have been reading about cessium salts and was wondering if you can suggest a good place to buy it. he has his kidney removed as of Jan. 9th so I can’t give him any more suppliments until then but will proceed as soon as he is home. He will not be taking chemo. I also have started giving him pure lemon juice 4 times a day to raise his ph but I am very interested in the cessium saults. Any help you can give will be deeply appreciated. Thanks so much, Patty

To all those who choose to battle cancer alternatively…I live you up in prayer and encourage you all to be proactive in your health choice. As the old saying goes…Would you rather pay more for your food or pay more for your pharmaceuticals? Finally…educate yourself. If it is not natural…then it was not made from our Creator.
