Yes it’s going to be hard, but nicotine withdrawl is nothing compared to the pain and misery of cancer or emphysema.

    DEAR CHRIS: Why are you not a veggie? Surely they NEVER get cancer, althoughI realise poor Linda McCartney did. Vitamin B.12 gives veggies AND VEGANS all the vits their bodies need, surely?
