Dr. Roger Seheult on sleep, sunlight, plants, and forgiveness for optimal health

Infrared light from the sun, penetrates deeply into your body, goes into your mitochondria, and stimulates your mitochondria to produce high levels of on-site melatonin, which is one of the most powerful antioxidants known to man.
-Dr. Roger Seheult

Dr. Roger Seheult is an Associate Clinical Professor at the University of California, Riverside School of Medicine and an Assistant Clinical Professor at the School of Medicine and Allied Health at Loma Linda University.

He is quadruple board-certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Diseases, Critical Care Medicine, and Sleep Medicine.

Dr. Seheult is also the co-founder of MedCram, a popular YouTube channel with over 1 million subscribers, and medcram.com, a continuing education website for healthcare professionals.

Dr. Seheult worked on the frontlines during the COVID-19 pandemic and was one of a small number of doctors who did not neglect patients with the “there are no approved treatments” excuse, and saved many lives using various nutritional supplements, medications and treatments available at the time, including high-dose vitamin D, zinc, hydroxychloroquine, even hydrotherapy.

As you may know, the word “doctor” is derived from the Latin word “docere,” which means “to teach.” Dr. Roger Seheult is truly a world class physician and teacher, and a man of strong faith and high integrity.

I learned some things in this interview that blew my mind… Don’t miss it!

Probably the best interview I’ve watched you do Chris! I had never heard of Dr. Sehelt before, but loved his knowledge about sunlight, sleep and forgiveness. As a distance runner at age 72, I better understand the benefits of running in the morning light! :-) Thank you BOTH! And I’ll certainly sleep better tonight with this knowledge! :-)
