“Infrared light from the sun, penetrates deeply into your body, goes into your mitochondria, and stimulates your mitochondria to produce high levels of on-site melatonin, which is one of the most powerful antioxidants known to man.”
-Dr. Roger Seheult
Dr. Roger Seheult is an Associate Clinical Professor at the University of California, Riverside School of Medicine and an Assistant Clinical Professor at the School of Medicine and Allied Health at Loma Linda University.
He is quadruple board-certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Diseases, Critical Care Medicine, and Sleep Medicine.
Dr. Seheult is also the co-founder of MedCram, a popular YouTube channel with over 1 million subscribers, and medcram.com, a continuing education website for healthcare professionals.
Dr. Seheult worked on the frontlines during the COVID-19 pandemic and was one of a small number of doctors who did not neglect patients with the “there are no approved treatments” excuse, and saved many lives using various nutritional supplements, medications and treatments available at the time, including high-dose vitamin D, zinc, hydroxychloroquine, even hydrotherapy.
As you may know, the word “doctor” is derived from the Latin word “docere,” which means “to teach.” Dr. Roger Seheult is truly a world class physician and teacher, and a man of strong faith and high integrity.
I learned some things in this interview that blew my mind… Don’t miss it!

Nursing in the late 70s , patients in their beds were wheeled onto the verandas for a few hours wrapped in blankets if chilly ,,,,
This Guy is an absolute gem. Thankyou
Yep nursing sure has changed I worked in hospitals like cottages with big verandas. All the patients were wheeled out onto the Veranda every Sunday morning to get their vitamin D especially after having their hair washed you can’t be good sunshine.
Thank you for this interview! It was great!
Dr Sehelt was Amazing during Covid19. I loved his Daily Medical Advice Video Updates and valuable information. Such a Caring and selfless person.
Another fantastic doctor & interview, thank you Chris. Little gifts & gems to glean from. God is so amazing!
Love your interviews Chris. I have not heard of this Doctor before. He was amazing. I must also say you are a very good interviewer as you let your interviewees speak without constant interruptions.
Probably the best interview I’ve watched you do Chris! I had never heard of Dr. Sehelt before, but loved his knowledge about sunlight, sleep and forgiveness. As a distance runner at age 72, I better understand the benefits of running in the morning light! :-) Thank you BOTH! And I’ll certainly sleep better tonight with this knowledge! :-)
This was GREAT Chris!
Looking forward to next interview
with Dr. Seheult!
I love ALL your interviews!
