The Iceman Wim Hof on the benefits of breath work and cold exposure

“If you can learn how to use your mind, anything is possible.” -Wim Hof

Wim Hof got his superhero nickname “The Iceman” from his incredible feats of cold exposure and by setting a number of Guinness World records including: climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in shorts, running a half marathon above the Arctic Circle barefoot, and being submerged in ice for more than 153 minutes, and more.

Using “cold, hard nature” as his teacher, his extensive training has enabled him to learn to control his breathing, heart rate and blood circulation to withstand extreme temperatures. Armed with his motto “What I am capable of, everybody can learn,” Wim Hof is convinced that everyone can tap into their inner potential without having to invest the same decades worth of study, travel, and daring.

Wim is the bestselling author of The Wim Hof Method: Activate Your Full Human Potential and he teaches people from all over the world how to control their body and mind in order to achieve extraordinary things.

I love Wim’s philosophy and practical teachings. He has inspired countless people to achieve more than they ever thought possible.

I want to encourage you to learn the Wim Hof method. Breathwork and cold exposure have been proven to decrease inflammation, reduce stress, improve your mood, increase energy, enhance your mental resilience and confidence, and more!

In addition to his book, Wim also created The Wim Hof Method Fundamentals video course, learn more about that here.

Wim is a passionate force of nature and this was a really fun interview. Enjoy!

I want to take a supplement that has pre-biotics probiotics helps joints and brain fog, but there’s so many on the market. I don’t know which to choose. Chuck Norris has one. It seems to have everything in it. Morning kick. There’s also something by Dr. Gundry what would you recommend?
