How Jennifer Dickenson survived grade 4 glioblastoma against the odds

Jennifer Dickenson is an author, health advocate, and 15-year survivor of grade 4 glioblastoma, one of the most aggressive forms of brain cancer.

When Jennifer was diagnosed in 2011, doctors gave her a 95% chance of dying within 12 to 18 months.

In addition to conventional treatment, Jennifer took massive action. She decided to radically change her diet, fix her mindset, address her stress, improve her sleep, and more. She explored every healing therapy she could find: qigong, meditation, breathwork, and spiritual connection.

Today in 2026, fifteen years later, Jennifer remains cancer-free and thriving. She is a true Radical Remission Survivor.

As I say often, “Healing happens at home,” and what Jennifer did between treatments made all the difference in her becoming one of the 5% who survive grade 4 glioblastoma.

I had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer at the Annie Appleseed Conference earlier this year. Her remarkable story of relentless optimism, determination, radical life change, and triumph over cancer is so inspiring. Enjoy!

Chris has presented great interviews, but this one is at the top. There was a lot of techniques that Jennifer presented and one should use them with other sickness.

I watched this interview 4 times and was blown away by the perspectives she shared. Loved the idea of “DEFIANCE” to motivate making the changes to become healthier. Loved the phrase “you can’t placebo broccoli” Drs don’t know everything..there’s only one God and they arent IT…ITS CALLED A “MEDICAL “PRACTICE” they are human & make mistakes too. Who do they think they are by saying YOU HAVE AN EXPIRATION DATE”? I was a cervical cancer patient in 1991 and I WAS DEFIANT TOO..BUT ALSO USED HUMOR & FAITH TO CARRY ME TO WHERE I AM TODAY. I only eat organic now, no sodas, and read labels & educate myself on nutrition, how our bodies work in tandem with our mind. My motto in life NOW? “A BAD ATTITUDE IS LIKE A FLAT TIRE…YOU’RE NOT GOING ANYWHERE UNTIL YOU CHANGE IT”
EDUCATE YOURSELF…& SHARE INFO & experiences! HOPE & FAITH IS ALL WE HAVE…SO USE IT!
