A radical cancer therapy – Don’t treat
“Sometimes the best cancer treatment may be none.” The spouse of a cancer patient reflects on the options her husband was given, and one he wasn’t.

I recently spent 10 days in Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia. And as you can imagine, it was a life changing trip. Here are 21 fascinating facts I learned about this country. You will be amazed.

Consumer Reports recently tested over 80 different processed foods with corn or soy ingredients to see if they contain GMOs. This included popular breakfast cereals, bars, corn chips, corn tortillas, baking mixes and flours, meat substitutes, soy “dairy” products, and tofu/tempeh products. Read the post to see the surprising results.

This week Leslie Stahl and 60 minutes produced a terrific expose on cancer drug pricing, which can cost $250,000 to $500,000 per year, and how doctors at Memorial Sloan Kettering set a huge precedent by standing up to the drug industry and refusing to prescribe a new overpriced drug, that didn’t work any better.

You asked for it. You got it. I put together a quick video showing one day’s worth of whole food, plant-based meals for me.

In today’s video I show you my surprising blood test results from eating a whole foods diet that is relatively low in fat and high in carbs. There were some good surprises and one not-so-good surprise…

How to sweep the headlines with sloppy science: A comparison of the best low-carb diet to the worst low-fat diet they could come up with.

Here’s everything you never wanted to know (but need to) about the dangerous toxic chemicals used in your mattress.

Janette Murray-Wakelin is one of the most remarkable cancer survivors I have interviewed to date. In 2001, she refused conventional treatment and healed aggressive breast cancer with a raw food diet.
Then in 2013, she and her husband Alan (both in their 60s) ran around the entire continent of Australia. This involved running a marathon every single day for 366 consecutive days. In the process they broke and set a new world record. And they were exclusively fueled by raw fruits and veggies.
These grandparents put my level of fitness to shame.
Enjoy!
